ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?
There are zero cancellation charges if the order hasn’t been shipped from our warehouse but if the order has already been shipped we’ll not be able to cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your order before shipment, you can reach out to us at
support@mobidaily.in in order to notify. However, actual shipping charges levied by the courier company will be deducted from the amount paid by you.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION?

HOW CAN I GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS AND HOW MUCH TIME DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE?
In case of cancellation before shipment, the refund is processed within 3-4 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
For transactions done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 hours. However, it may take 4-5 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
